Collusion’s collective of young creatives
FUSE is our FREE collective for young creatives (age 16-30) that ‘collude’ in our work, form a creative community and gain industry insights and career support.
FUSE is a creative community that ‘colludes’ in our work , supporting members to gain industry insights and careers support. FUSE groups are based in King’s Lynn, with a monthly meet-ups. The group has been running since 2024 and we’ve had members with interests spanning animation, poetry, writing, music, graphic design, games design and street arts, generating an exciting fusion of creativity. We champion a diverse range of voices and love to hear from those from all disciplines, creating tailored opportunities to suit each persons development. FUSE members have gone on to receive creative commissions, published work, employment and bursaries.

FUSE meet monthly on Tuesday evenings, with pizza. Sessions are free to attend and you do not need any previous experience – just a willingness to create, learn and grow with like minded creatives. Each month the creative offer changes, with opportunities for career development throughout.
Through regular monthly meetups the FUSE cohort:
- COLLABORATE on our projects in King’s Lynn from the early stage to delivery.
- LEARN skills through play sessions with new creative technologies e.g. 3D visual design, live animation, sound design.
- CONNECT into our ART // TECH //PLAY network of creatives working with art/tech across Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire.
- GAIN knowledge and insight into creative careers with personalised career support.
What’s in it for you?
Members are invited to contribute in meaningful ways to our creative projects, shaping them from conception through to delivery with professional artists. Throughout 2024, FUSE took part in creative workshops, research, making and the delivery of Kinema of Dreams, our halloween cinema spectacular. In 2025, FUSE members co-created Walking with Pride: The Colours of History, an augmented reality trail around King’s Lynn uncovering the town’s overlooked LGBTQ+ histories.
Through our signposting and career pathways FUSE members have gone on to receive professional credits, creative commissions, found meaningful employment and creative collaborators, establishing their exciting new careers.
FUSE is an opportunity to make friends and meet like-minded people, in whatever stage of development you are and whatever your creative interest. We believe everyone has something to contribute to Collusion projects and welcome people of all walks of life.
