Thanks to the Culture Recovery Fund #HereForCulture we have funding to recruit a new fixed term post – an Associate Producer who will work with Collusion’s Directors to deliver our exiting programme of work. To find out more about what we do, take a look at some of our past and current projects and watch this video about the impact of our work!

The Associate Producer will support the delivery of our activities, including two town-scale projection projects in King’s Lynn, small-scale projections in Cambridgeshire libraries, and the development of a immersive game as well as a range of online and live events. They will also support communications activity (website, social media, et al) plus general organisational and project admin.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience of working in the arts, who is keen to develop a career in the sector. Working at Collusion, they’ll join a small, friendly, dynamic team who work closely with a wide group of artists, creatives, organisations and places to achieve our goals. As well as helping to deliver our activities, the Associate Producer will learn about producing arts projects and events, particularly those involving creative technologies.

The majority of work will be undertaken remotely, working from home. But on some occasions – taking the necessary safely precautions, the Associate Producer will need to work at sites in King’s Lynn, Cambridge and the wider area to support project delivery. So ideally they will live in or close to one of those areas.

To apply please read the job description and person specification, then send us an email at info@collusion.org.uk, attaching the following:

i) a cover letter telling us what you would bring to the role of Associate Producer at Collusion,

ii) an up to date copy of your CV, including contact details for two named references,

iii) in the email, please tell us when you would be available to start.

Note: people who do not meet the ‘Required’ criteria in the person specification will not be considered. However, we have not indicated, for example, any specific level of education you must have reached or length of work experience as we are very open to you making the case as to why you would be the best person for the job.
